Why I wrote Joy for Jordy
There were so many miraculous stories surrounding my son, Jordy’s passing, I knew I had to share them. Not to relive the pain, or even memorialize Jordy, but to offer hope. Hope to parents, to families, to anyone who’s suffered the terrible anguish of grief. I assure you that you, too, can find joy, even in the depths of despair.
More Than a Memoir
Joy for Jordy is the testimony of a father who was prepared by God years before for such a time as this to navigate the emotional and spiritual complexity of unthinkable grief and forgiveness over vengeance-fueled justice. This book and website is an honest, Christian perspective on grief, true justice, and fatherhood.
